Isabel works with both Sellers and Buyers, and specializes in relocation. Her areas of expertise include the city of St. Petersburg, the islands of Tierra Verde, Isla Del Sol and the South Gulf Beaches.
Isabel began her real estate career in 2003, in her hometown of Philadelphia. In 2005, she relocated to St. Petersburg and earned her Real Estate Broker’s license. In 2006, she joined Smith and Associates and began building her business in the Tampa Bay area. She is passionate about real estate and also about giving back to the community. In 2007, she was the recipient of the Mary Smith Conover Award, given annually to one agent by Smith and Associates in recognition for outstanding client and community service. Then in 2015, after many years of volunteer work with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Isabel was honored by the Pinellas Realtor Organization with the "Good Neighbor Award”. She also volunteers at Suncoast Hospice, providing support to patients and their families. Her education and past professional experience mirror her love of working with people to achieve their personal goals. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
